WHAT COMPANY IS USED FOR SHIPPING ORDERS?

Depending on the product, your order will ship from the US, UK, Germany, Australia or China.

Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers should contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations. Customers recognize they are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable taxes based on the order’s recipient address. Willow in the Wind follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Taxes will be displayed during the checkout process as an estimate, and are labeled accordingly.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

    Processing times vary depending on the product, with the average processing time approximately 3 business days. However, this can be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 4-10 business days to process.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

    There is a 1-3 day processing period prior to shipping. We ship orders Mondays-Saturdays during operating hours. We do not operate on public holidays.

    All estimated/standard delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximated for reference only.

    • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 5-7 days following order confirmation
    • International Orders (Canada): 10-15 days following order confirmation
    • International Orders (All Others): 10-30 days following order confirmation

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    After 5-7 days of shipment dispatch and email confirmation, you may request a tracking number if not already provided. It may take a few days following order shipment before tracking becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
